I like to be upfront about my services and abilities and let you know what things cost. I also know there are others offering services at a very discounted rates. I choose not to compete with them.

I offer a high quality service and bill accordingly. I am an established web designer that stands behind his work and is easily accessible.

I accept cash, checks and major credit cards. Hosting is paid in advance and we can set up automatic credit card charges to collect that monthly/annually.

Yes, all web design projects require a deposit. The deposit schedule is as follows: 50% down at project start and then 50% prior to the go live date.

I believe strongly in working with “best of breed” providers for everything I do, and I view myself to be a “best of breed – WordPress Website Designers”. As such, I do not currently host email for clients. I make a deliberate effort to focus on building a great WordPress Website and to be the absolute best at it.

I highly recommend that our customers work with an equally great email provider that specializes in hosting and supporting email. Please refer to the table above for recommendations on these providers or feel free to contact me for additional assistance.

While I offer fixed-price design packages, some projects just don’t fit neatly into one box or another. And that’s ok, I can configure a custom quote after we have our introductory call.

I operate on a block schedule, and book projects 1-2 months in advance of their start dates to ensure we’re ready to begin when it’s time to take off. There are a few things you’ll need to get in order before we start the design process, which helps keep things moving smoothly once we begin.

A lot depends on the size and scope of the project. That will often dictate how long it will take to build. We go through this prior to starting a project.

Most of my clients live all over the country, and we connect by email, phone, or Zoom. I stay in touch with most of them long after launch!
